ABOUT ROWAYTON YACHT CLUB AT HICKORY BLUFF

Rowayton Yacht Club at Hickory Bluff is a small, member-owned yacht club. Our Club is a low-key, family-friendly environment with a primary emphasis on recreational boating. Each member’s unit consists of an onsite storage locker with access to launch and mooring services. Members enjoy sailing, power boating, kayaking, swimming at the Club’s private beach, picnicking, barbecuing at the Club’s grills, and relaxing with old and new friends. Members can be found enjoying the view of the Norwalk Islands during al fresco lunches and dinners at the beach-side picnic tables or on the pier.

The Club offers moorings suitable for shoal draft vessels with a limited number of deep water moorings also available. There is a dinghy rack for seasonal dry storage of kayaks and other small boats.

Winter boat storage is available in the south yard to members and non-members. Services performed right at the Club include hauling, launching, stepping, storage and re-stepping of masts, construction of cradles for winter storage, and shrink wrapping.
