The annual member assessment for common charges is $2,900. This charge is owed by the unit’s owner of record as of the RYC Annual Meeting in January and is due no later than 30 days from the date of invoice. This charge is typically reimbursed by the Purchaser when the closing occurs prior to Commissioning. If closing occurs during the season the charge may be prorated based on the number of days remaining until Decommissioning.
